Expert Pool: Demand-driven Identification, Analysis and Uptake of Good Practices for Accelerating the Energy Transition in Africa

Umfang der Leistung
The contractor is responsible for providing the following services:
- Work Package 1: Identification and Prioritisation of Good Practices and development of structured template for Good Practice products
The contractor shall support the identification and prioritisation of relevant good practices based on demand articulated by the ENGAGE project and its partners.
- Work Package 2: Data Collection, Analysis and Documentation
The contractor shall conduct structured analytical assessments and documentation of the selected good practices.
- Work Package 3: Peer Review and Quality Assurance
The contractor shall organise a structured internal peer review process (mainly with GIZ internal counterparts as well as AUC and AUDA-NEPAD) to ensure the analytical quality and comparability of the good practice products.
- Work Package 4: Validation through Dialogue
Selected good practice products shall be presented and discussed in relevant stakeholder dialogue formats
- Work Package 5: Dissemination and Uptake Support
The contractor shall support the preparation of dissemination materials to facilitate the use of the good practice products in policy dialogue processes.
- Work Package 6: On-demand Technical Expert Support
The contractor shall provide limited and flexible on-demand access to the short-term expert pool for technical questions arising during implementation of the ENGAGE project.

2. No grounds for exclusion pursuant to § 123, § 124 GWB, § 22 LkSG
3. Declaration of bidding consortium and/or declaration of subcontractors (if applicable)

1. Average annual turnover for the last three years (last-but-four financial year can be included in case of tenders held within 6 months of end of last financial year), at least: 150.000 EUR
2. Average number of employees and managers in the last three calendar years, at least 3 persons

1. The technical assessment is only based on reference projects with a minimum commission value of 50.000 EUR.
2. At least 3 reference projects in the technical field Energy and at least 1 reference projects in Africa in the last 3 years
