The contractor (1 regional expert in cultural and museum mediation) will support the National Museum of Chad in strengthening its cultural mediation strategy, public awareness activities and institutional capacities, in line with the museum's 2026-2027 implementation plan and the objectives of the GIZ project "Culture and Crisis Prevention".

The contractor must perform the following tasks:
A. Strengthening cultural and museum mediation practices and strengthening the capacity of the museum team
B. Communication, education and public engagement tools
C. Promotion and cultural enhancement of museum collections

55 expert days

1. Self-declaration: name of company and address, tax ID, registration and commercial register number or equivalent register in accordance with the legal provisions of the country of origin.
2. No grounds for exclusion pursuant to § 123, § 124 GWB, § 22 LkSG
3. Declaration of bidding consortium and/or declaration of subcontractors (if applicable)

1. Average annual turnover for the last three years (last-but-four financial year can be included in case of tenders held within 6 months of end of last financial year), at least: 55,000 EUR
2. Average number of employees and managers in the last three calendar years, at least 1 persons

1. The technical assessment is only based on reference projects with a minimum commission value of 2,000 EUR.
2. At least 1 reference project in the technical field National Museum Expertise and at least 3 reference projects in the African region of Sahel in the last 3 years

The reference projects listed in the table above are weighted and assessed using the eligibility criteria given below.
1.1 African Heritage and Culture (20%)
1.2 Museology, Cultural and Museum Education (30%)
2. Regional experience in West/Central (Sahel) Africa (30%)
3. Experience in development cooperation (20%)
