Consultancy service to develop and operationalise GEA"s institutional and operational framework

The contractor shall review and update GEA"s business and financial plans (2026-2028) to refine its commercially viable service portfolio and regional market positioning. Building on this, the contractor will establish the governance structure, operational policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and a KPI-driven performance management and sustainability framework. All deliverables will be finalized as ready-to-use templates and transferred to GEA management through validation and handover workshops. Additionally, the contractor is responsible for deploying the expert team and managing overall project implementation in compliance with GIZ standards.
