Development of Programmatic Options for Transitional Justice Interventions in Ethiopia Based on Political Scenario Analysis

Umfang der Leistung
Throughout the entire assignment, the contractor shall:
- Communicate and coordinate closely with the GIZ team.
- Monitor and consider current dynamics in donor (BMZ) priorities and interests and incorporate these considerations in all political analysis and programmatic option development work packages.
- Apply a trauma-informed, gender-responsive and victim-centred lense to TJ and mainstream throughout all work packages.
- Agree on the format, length and structure of each deliverable with the GIZ team and send a first structure/draft before submitting the final product.
- Avoid collecting and storing any personal data of key informants/ other key stakeholders.

1. Self-declaration: name of company and address, tax ID, registration and commercial register number or equivalent register in accordance with the legal provisions of the country of origin.
2. No grounds for exclusion pursuant to § 123, § 124 GWB, § 22 LkSG
3. Declaration of bidding consortium and/or declaration of subcontractors (if applicable)

1. Average annual turnover for the last three years (last-but-four financial year can be included in case of tenders held within 6 months of end of last financial year), at least: 81.500 EUR
2. Average number of employees and managers in the last three calendar years, at least 4 persons

1. The technical assessment is only based on reference projects with a minimum commission value of 80.000 EUR.
2. At least 8 reference projects in the technical field of conducting political scenario analysis in conflict-affected contexts and at least 9 reference projects in the region Ethiopia in the last 3 years
