The proposed assignment builds directly on the Gender Rapid Analysis conducted under the EaP PAR Gender Component, which identified key challenges, institutional gaps and opportunities for advancing gender equality in public administration and governance. The activities are foreseen primarily in Moldova and will translate the findings of the rapid analysis into concrete actions by strengthening legislation, improving institutional capacities, supporting EU approximation, and enhancing gender mainstreaming within public administration. The assignment will therefore contribute to the Gender Component by moving from analysis to implementation, generating practical tools, evidence and good practices, while also promoting regional learning and exchange among Eastern Partnership countries.
