The objective of this feasibility study is to determine whether, and under which business model(s), a second-life EV lithium-ion battery storage value chain can be commercially viable and institutionally sound in Kenya.
The Contractor provides services to the GIZ country office in Kenya, Mahiga Mairu, P.O. Box 41607 - 00100, Nairobi, Kenya. In accordance with Section 3a, Paragraph 2, Sentence 2 of the German VAT Act (Umsatzsteuergesetz - UStG), the place of supply for VAT purposes is therefore in Kenya.
