The contractor, the selected local trainers and coaches and the GIZ team will work closely together to adapt the GTA Loop approach to the Mauritanian context, build a pool of trainers and coaches, and set up the structures for more permanent support programmes for women economic empowerment.

In order to determine the most economical bidder, the contracting authority enters the total number of points achieved after technical evaluation. Only bids with a technical evaluation of at least 500 points are considered. Technical bids with fewer points are rejected as technically uneligible.
Es handelt sich um einen oberschwelligen Individualwettbewerb im Rahmen eines DBS, für das nach § 22 (2) i.V.m. § 16 VgV die Vorschriften des nicht-offenen Verfahrens einzuhalten sind.
Der "Teilnahmewettbewerb" wurde bereits im Rahmen der Prüfung für die Zulassung zum DBS (VN 81314067_2) durchgeführt. Sämtliche Unternehmen, die zum Zeitpunkt der Veröffentlichung für Leistungskategorie 2 des o.g. DBS zugelassen sind, werden zur Angebotsabgabe aufgefordert.
Die Verfahrenswahl "Verhandlungsverfahren" erfolgt insoweit nur aus technischen Gründen. Die Durchführung des Verfahrens folgt den Regeln des nicht-offenen Verfahrens nach § 16 VgV (d.h. keine Möglichkeit zu verhandeln).
