- Comprehensively map the current supply chain of key critical minerals in India (e.g., lithium, cobalt, rare earths elements (REE), graphite, nickel) based on desk research
- Explicitly identify gaps along the value chain (exploration, extraction, processing/refining, component manufacturing, and recycling) and conduct a bottleneck analysis
- Develop recommendations and actionable roadmaps for India"s critical mineral sector, drawing on global best practices.
