Within this assignment, the following goal is to be reached: Development and/or quality assurance of RBM systems and back-stopping support of key elements of "Quality in line" for Project- and Standard Indicators within the portfolio of GIZ in Indonesia and ASEAN.

GIZ is seeking team of experts to assess and enhance existing RBM systems, develop RBM systems and to provide quality assurance/backstopping of the RBM-systems for Project Indicators, "Quality in Line" elements, and Standard Indicators of projects jointly implemented by Indonesian institutions and GIZ. The consultant shall also support the application of other tools of the Capacity WORKS toolbox as required by "Qualitätssicherung in Linie" (quality assurance) standards of GIZ.

The work is organised in listed work packages in ToR.
