Specific turnover (Delivery and installation of cooling devices with natural refrigerants) - Companies that have not generated an average net annual turnover of more than EUR 200,000 in the field of delivery and installation of cooling devices with natural refrigerants in the years 2023 - 2025, are deemed unsuitable and excluded from the procedure.

Min. three reference projects in the delivery and installation of cooling devices with natural refrigerants - In the last three years prior to this bid, my/our company has gained experience in the delivery and installation of cooling devices with natural refrigerants and can substantiate this with at least three reference projects.
At least one of the references should be in the field of commercial refrigeration.

Quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 and submit results of standard quality control audit, according to 2014/68/EC - PED or equivalent - The bidder must demonstrate that it has an effective quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 and submit results of standard quality control audit, according to 2014/68/EC - PED or equivalent. A valid certificate from an accredited certification body or equivalent evidence will be accepted as proof. If the goods offered are supplied by a vendor, the proof may alternatively be based on the manufacturer, provided that the manufacturer"s quality management system covers the specific product offered and the relevant production facilities.

Self-declaration regarding EU sanctions against Russia - The bidder confirms that it is not one of the persons or undertakings referred to in Article 5(k)(1) of Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia"s actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine, as amended, which have a connection to Russia within the meaning of that provision, a) by virtue of the bidder's Russian nationality or the bidder's establishment in Russia, b) by virtue of the participation of a natural person or an undertaking to which one of the criteria under point (a) applies in the bidder through the holding of shares amounting to more than 50%, c) through the applicant/bidder acting on behalf of or on the instructions of persons or companies to which the criteria set out in points (a) and/or (b) apply. Companies involved in the contract as subcontractors, suppliers or companies whose capacities are utilised in connection with the provision of the proof of suitability, and which account for more than 10% of the contract value, are also not included in the group of persons referred to in the provision as having a connection to Russia within the meaning of the provision. It is hereby confirmed and guaranteed that, even during the term of the contract, no subcontractors, suppliers or companies whose resources are utilised in connection with the provision of the proof of suitability will be engaged where such entities account for more than 10% of the contract value.
