Companies that have not generated net annual turnover of more than EUR 100,000 in the field in which the invitation to tender is issued (Solarplants) in the years 2022 - 2024, are deemed unsuitable and excluded from the procedure.

The latest delivery date is two months after the order is placed FCA Hamburg (or three months after order at Abidjan). Offers that do not include a binding delivery date within this period cannot be considered. The delivery date must be stated explicitly and without restriction in the offer PDF.
