The latest delivery date is two months after the order FCA Hamburg Seaport.Offers that do not include a binding delivery date within this period cannot be considered. The delivery date must be stated explicitly and without restriction in the offer PDF.-------------------------------------A draft contract for work and materials is included in the tender documents. This is recognised in the tendered version upon submission of the offer and is only completed with the individual details (yellow). No other changes to the contract are permitted.
