The contractor is responsible for providing the following services:
- Training of competent authorities (financial intelligence units, law enforcement
agencies and prosecutors)
- Develop relevant frameworks (regulations, guidelines, manuals, curriculum, SOPs,
etc.) for competent authorities
- Provide mentorship and case support to competent authorities
- Responsible for selecting, preparing, training and steering the international and
national, short-term experts assigned to perform the advisory tasks.
- Manage costs and expenditures, accounting processes and invoicing in line with the requirements of GIZ.
- Provide quarterly reports on the implementation status of the project
