The contractor (1 regional expert in cultural and museum mediation) will support the National Museum of Chad in strengthening its cultural mediation strategy, public awareness activities and institutional capacities, in line with the museum's 2026-2027 implementation plan and the objectives of the GIZ project "Culture and Crisis Prevention".

The contractor must perform the following tasks:
A. Strengthening cultural and museum mediation practices and strengthening the capacity of the museum team
B. Communication, education and public engagement tools
C. Promotion and cultural enhancement of museum collections
