Barrier Analysis on the Investment Climate for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency in Bangladesh, and Development of a Financing Access Guideline for Commercial Banks and NBFIs.

1. Average annual turnover for the last three years (last-but-four financial year can be included in case of tenders held within 6 months of end of last financial year), at least: 275.000,00 EUR
2. Average number of employees and managers in the last three calendar years, at least 5 persons

1. The technical assessment is only based on reference projects with a minimum commission value of 60.000,00 EUR.
2. At least 3 reference projects in the technical field "Investment climate and access to finance advisory for renewable energy and energy efficiency, including barrier or gap analysis and the development of financing guidance, appraisal methodology or financing products for commercial banks, non-bank financial institutions or development finance institutions."and at least XX reference projects in the region Asia in the last 3 years.
