Capacity building on Access to Finance to EDIh/DIH relevant partners

Umfang der Leistung
All services provided by the contractor will be based on EU and/or GIZ-project based practice.
During the implementation period, GIZ staff in the form of a Component Lead (based in Kosovo*), a Regional Advisor (based in North Macedonia) and a Technical Advisor for Private Sector Development (based in Germany), will complement the services where needed. The contractor will have regular coordination meetings with the project and ensure communication and approach to the partners with GIZ project support. Once regular communication channels are established and trust and cooperation are developed, the Contractor may undertake direct contact with partners, but always informing the project. Also, the contractor will align with the consulting company already engaged for supporting EDIH and NCP in capacity building, as well as coordination with RCC and other relevant donors. GIZ will provide all relevant contacts and information needed as preparatory for this task.

1. Self-declaration: name of company and address, tax ID, registration and commercial register number or equivalent register in accordance with the legal provisions of the country of origin.
2. No grounds for exclusion pursuant to § 123, § 124 GWB, § 22 LkSG
3. Declaration of bidding consortium and/or declaration of subcontractors (if applicable)

1. Average annual turnover for the last three years (last-but-four financial year can be included in case of tenders held within 6 months of end of last financial year), at least: 100.000 EUR
2. Average number of employees and managers in the last three calendar years, at least 5 persons

1. The technical assessment is only based on reference projects with a minimum commission value of 100.000 EUR.
2. At least 2 reference projects in the technical field Access to finnance, cascade fiunding and FSTP and at least 2 reference projects in the region Western Balkan 6 in the last 3 years
