The Contractor (Lot 1+2) proposes eligible experts for a working group and delivers three work packages supporting TIZ"s decarbonization roadmap (Subgoal 1) and (only Lot 1) an integrated energy concept for a core zone, plus broader implementation inputs and peer learning.
