The main objective of this assignment is the preparation of a comprehensive study examining
possible ways to enhance access to, and use of, public CbCR data - particularly for developing
countries -, including by assessing the feasibility and implications of establishing a central
public database for CbCR. The study shall provide a robust analytical basis to inform ATI
members on viable options, associated benefits, risks, and implementation requirements, as
well as alternative approaches to enhance the accessibility and effective use of CbCR data.
