The main objective of this assignment is to establish a NWMP Digital Platform 2.0 based on MWI needs and train respective MWI staff to use, maintain and advance this platform. The platform will be aligned with the NWMP process, in particular the ongoing NWMP unit"s establishment. The platform creation requires specialized programming and web-based development services with the aim to present and integrate the NWMP-3 process" data and policies at one single digital place. The platform will integrate different data sources, by direct links to digital files, databases, mobile devices and wireless equipment. The Digital Platform 2.0 should serve as a central element of national water planning. Thus, the platform should not only display historic and current data but allow MWI policymakers and administrative staff to use it as a practical means supporting strategic decisions making.

1. Self-declaration: name of company and address, tax ID, registration and commercial register number or equivalent register in accordance with the legal provisions of the country of origin.
2. No grounds for exclusion pursuant to § 123, § 124 GWB, § 22 LkSG
3. Declaration of bidding consortium and/or declaration of subcontractors (if applicable)

1. Average annual turnover for the last three years (last-but-four financial year can be included in case of tenders held within 6 months of end of last financial year), at least: 100.000 EUR
2. Average number of employees and managers in the last three calendar years, at least 5 persons

1. The technical assessment is only based on reference projects with a minimum commission value of 50.000 EUR.
2. At least 3 reference projects in the technical field Developing Digital/Web Applications for Water and at least 1 reference project in the region MENA in the last 3 years
