With the background described above, the objective of the assignment is to build capacities of 180 key persons in 5 selected Rwandan districts on GBV prevention, response and reintegration in theory and practice as well as competencies on individual role and responsibility in the reintegration process of GBV victims in line with governmental strategies and guidelines. The trainings are expected to include interactive methodologies that allow participants to empathize with the target group and better understand their needs and challenges, as well as to apply theory in practice. Furthermore, it is expected that during the training"s participants develop individual small scale action plans on how to implement the acquired competencies regarding the reintegration of victims of GBV. The action plan shall be in line with their day-to-day activities.

Umfang der Leistung
The contractor is responsible for providing the following work packages and the accompanying milestones: 1) Development of training curricula; 2) Delivery of trainings; 3) Follow-up activities

1. Self-declaration: name of company and address, tax ID, registration and commercial register number or equivalent register in accordance with the legal provisions of the country of origin.
2. No grounds for exclusion pursuant to § 123, § 124 GWB, § 22 LkSG
3. Declaration of bidding consortium and/or declaration of subcontractors (if applicable)

1. Average annual turnover for the last three years (last-but-four financial year can be included in case of tenders held within 6 months of end of last financial year), at least: 300.000,00 EUR
2. Average number of employees and managers in the last three calendar years, at least 4 persons

1. The technical assessment is only based on reference projects with a minimum commission value of 150.000,00 EUR.
2. At least 3 reference projects in the technical field Capacity development on GBV and at least 1 reference project in the region eastern Africa in the last 3 years
