The contractor will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive, technically robust, and policy-oriented gap analysis study on the Net-Zero Biomass/Biochar/Biogas model. The study will adopt an integrated approach covering technical, business, financial, institutional, and policy dimensions, and will contribute to the development of a Biomass Utilization and Biochar Scaling Framework for the Task Force.
