In continuity with the activities carried out during the first phase of the project, this contract aims to meet the expectations expressed by the partners regarding the rollout of the Energy Management dashboard to reach all 1541 Algerian Municipalities. It includes:
- The development of standard processes and supporting the implementation of local support structures for the implementation of an energy management approach based on the tool to ensure it"s long-term use,
- Conducting awareness-raising activities for decision-makers and elected officials, whose involvement is essential to guarantee its sustainable adoption.
- Development of new features to the TBGE/EMDB, in order to better address the evolving needs of municipalities and improve monitoring, analysis, and decision-making.
The introduction and enhanced use of this digital tool will allow municipal administrations to ensure continuous monitoring and more efficient control of their energy consumption.

Umfang der Leistung
about 225 expert days in approx.1,5-2 years

1. Self-declaration: name of company and address, tax ID, registration and commercial register number or equivalent register in accordance with the legal provisions of the country of origin.
2. No grounds for exclusion pursuant to § 123, § 124 GWB, § 22 LkSG
3. Declaration of bidding consortium and/or declaration of subcontractors (if applicable)

1. Average annual turnover for the last three years (last-but-four financial year can be included in case of tenders held within 6 months of end of last financial year), at least: 200.000 EUR
2. Average number of employees and managers in the last three calendar years, at least 5 persons

1. The technical assessment is only based on reference projects with a minimum commission value of 100.000 EUR.
2. At least 2 reference projects in the technical field Energy Management/ Energy transition at Municipal Level and at least 1 reference projects in the region Northern Africa in the last 3 years
