The objective of the assignment is to consult and coach 10 local cashew and pepper processors (2 batches, 5 companies each) in Cambodia to become investment ready and successfully match them with strategic investors for investment in the form of equity, debt, or blended finance

Umfang der Leistung
The contractor is responsible for providing the following services:
- Gaps analysis and strategy formulation
- Coaching and advisory services for investment readiness (over minimum 6, maximum 12 months per company
- Identify potential investors from EU (priority market) and ASEAN countries and facilitate the linkage/match making process
- Support the finalization of the investment process
- Project Management and Knowledge Sharing

1. Self-declaration: name of company and address, tax ID, registration and commercial register number or equivalent register in accordance with the legal provisions of the country of origin.
2. No grounds for exclusion pursuant to § 123, § 124 GWB, § 22 LkSG
3. Declaration of bidding consortium and/or declaration of subcontractors (if applicable)

1. Average annual turnover for the last three years (last-but-four financial year can be included in case of tenders held within 6 months of end of last financial year), at least: 100.000 EUR
2. Average number of employees and managers in the last three calendar years, at least 3 persons

1. The technical assessment is only based on reference projects with a minimum commission value of 25.000 EUR.
2. At least 1 reference projects in the technical field Investment Readiness/Business Acceleration Program/Investment Fundraising and at least 1 reference projects in the region Asia in the last 3 years
