Development of guidelines and best practices for Agrivoltaics Systems in Uganda

GIZ is seeking for a consultancy firm to
develop the National Guidelines for Agrivoltaics system in Uganda. These guidelines are
aimed at ensuring a safe, sustainable, and effective integration of solar systems with
agriculture.

1. Self-declaration: name of company and address, tax ID, registration and commercial register number or equivalent register in accordance with the legal provisions of the country of origin.
2. No grounds for exclusion pursuant to § 123, § 124 GWB, § 22 LkSG
3. Declaration of bidding consortium and/or declaration of subcontractors (if applicable)

Was your average net annual turnover for the entire business over the last three financial years at least EUR 100.000,00?
Was the average number of employees and managers over the last three calendar years at least 5?

The assessment of technical eligibility is based solely on reference projects with a minimum contract volume of EUR 50.000,00.
At least 3 reference project(s) in the field of public policy interventions in agrovoltaics systems
and at least 1 reference project(s) in the region / in the country Africa in the last three years.
