For the period from 2023 the bidder must have gained experience in the supply of individualized vehicles and can substantiate this with at one reference project.The one reference project shall cover the supply of one or more individualized vehicle(s). This means, that the original manufactured vehicle is adopted according to the needs of customers. It should cover at least changes in flooring and lighting as well as adding furniture (i.e. shelfs, tables) to the car.
Furthermore, for the period from 2023 the bidder has gained experience in the export of vehicles and can substantiate this with at least one reference.
The bidder confirms that repair and maintenance services as well as spare part supply for the quoted vehicles are available within Kazakhstan .
The bidder guarantees that the offered model is authorized by the manufacturer for the use in Kazakhstan.
Bidder/service delivery consortia that cannot provide substantiation for each of the above mentioned criteria that satisfy the adjacent preconditions, are deemed unsuitable and excluded from the procedure.
