Companies that have not generated a net annual turnover of more than EUR 150,000 in medical equipment in the years 2022 - 2024, are deemed unsuitable and excluded from the procedure

In the last three years prior to this bid, your company has gained experience in delivery of medical equipment and can substantiate this with at least two reference projects. Bidders that cannot provide substantiation for at least two reference projects that satisfy the adjacent preconditions, are deemed unsuitable and excluded from the procedure.

Offers with a delivery date and a completion date after the deadlines defined in the documents "Special Contractual Terms and Conditions", if an order is placed no later than 20.03.2026, will be excluded from further evaluation.
If the order is placed later, the delivery must be latest two months after the order issance and installation latest one month after the delivery.
The delivery date must be stated explicitly and without restriction in the offer PDF.
