Companies that have not generated net annual turnover of more than EUR 300,000 in Solarplants in the years 2022 - 2024, are deemed unsuitable and excluded from the procedure.

Technische und berufliche Leistungsfähigkeit

Offers with a delivery date and a completion date after the deadlines defined in the documents "Draft contract for work and materials" and "Special Contractual Terms and Conditions", if an order is placed no later than 20.03.2026, will be excluded from further evaluation.
If the order is placed later, the delivery must be latest two months after the order and installation latest 1 month after customs clearance.
The delivery date must be stated explicitly and without restriction in the offer PDF.

A draft contract for work and materials is included in the tender documents. This is recognised in the tendered version upon submission of the offer and is only completed with the individual details (yellow). No other changes to the contract are permitted.
